Cindy Rosenwald serves on the Finance Committee of the New Hampshire House of Representatives , Division 3, which focuses on the health and human services program aspects of the state budget.   She chaired the Health, Human Services and Elderly Affairs Committee from 2007-2010.   She also served on the Hillsborough County Executive Committee from 2007-2010.  She is currently Vice Chair of the National Conference of State Legislatures Health Committee snd a member of the Task Force on Health Reform Implementation.     Also working on national legislative initiatives, she is Vice Chair for Policy and Programs of the National Legislative Association on Prescription Drug Prices, a non-profit organization that helps states reduce costs for pharmaceuticals through innovative legislation.   She was named a national Legislator of the Month by the Center for Policy Alternatives and was awarded the New Hampshire Medical Society’s Representative of the Year for 2006. She has been a speaker at national meetings on a variety of health care issues.

Cindy has a bachelor’s degree from Harvard University and a master’s degree from Rivier College.  Prior to taking office, she was a member of the adjunct faculty at the University of Massachusetts Lowell.  She has also worked in hospital marketing and public relations and formerly was a vice president at Ted Bates Advertising/New York, where she worked with health care and packaged foods clients. 

Cindy is married to Peter Klementowicz, M.D. They have two children, Henry and Carrie.
